(This amendment provides funds for the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Advisory Board to study pre-hospital circumstances of cardiac arrest emergencies. Of the total, not more than $12,000 would be paid to the Virginia Health Institute, Inc. for data collection and not more than $5,000 would reimburse local EMS agencies for the cost of participating in the study.)
