Explanation
(This amendment provides $84,500 and two positions each year to the Division of Capitol Police for the provision of security services in the new Library of Virginia. A companion amendment transfers these funds from the Library of Virginia.)

Out of the amounts for Security Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chief, Division of Capitol Police, $63,926 from July 1, 1996, to November 30, 1996, $66,707 from December 1, 1996, to November 30, 1997, and $68,041 from December 1, 1997, to June 30, 1998.
