The nongeneral funds appropriated to this Item shall be used to support a data sharing and analytics program for the purposes of developing a database to identify data elements and document user access patterns. The database will also support the creation of an enterprise data dictionary and a cloud-based data catalog platform. Agencies, as defined in § 2.2-3801, Code of Virginia, shall cooperate with the Office of Data Governance and Analytics to further develop the data sharing and analytics program.
