27. That the provisions of the fifth enactment of this Act shall apply beginning January 1, 2023.

28. That the provisions of the first enactment of this act shall expire at midnight on June 30, 2024.

29. That the provisions of the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, thirteenth, fourteenth, fifteenth, sixteenth, seventeenth, eighteenth, nineteenth, twentieth, twenty-first, twenty-second, twenty-third, twenty-fourth, twenty-fifth, and twenty-sixth, enactments of this act shall have no expiration date.
