The title of the capital project for the Department of Juvenile Justice, titled, “Remove and replace compromised fire protection water tank,” originally authorized in Item C-55.90, Chapter 552, 2021 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, is hereby changed to “Renovate elevated water tank,” to reflect a scope change to refurbish the existing structure.
