A. The Higher Education Operating fund source listed in this Item is considered to be a sum sufficient appropriation, which is an estimate of funding required by the Institute to cover sponsored program operations.
B. Out of the amounts for sponsored programs, $50,000 the first year and $50,000 the second year in nongeneral funds shall be paid from the Marine Fishing Improvement Fund to support the Mariculture and Marine Product Advisory Program.
