Out of the amounts for Coastal Lands Surveying and Mapping is designated $360,000 the first year and $12,000 the second year from the general fund for Virginia's share of an Army Corps of Engineers project to construct a seawall to preserve the harbor on Tangier Island.  Any unexpended general fund balances designated for the Tangier Island seawall project on June 30, 2011, and June 30, 2012, shall be reappropriated for the same purpose.
