A. Out of the appropriation for this item, the Director, Department of Planning and Budget shall transfer $1,800,000 each year to the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia for the Two-Year College Transfer Grant Program.
B. Once such funds are transferred, the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia shall disburse these funds consistent with the provisions of Chapter 899, 2007 Acts of Assembly.
