Out of this appropriation shall be paid the annual salary of the Director, Division of Legislative Automated Systems, $131,083 from July 1, 2006, to November 24, 2006, $136,326 from November 25, 2006, to November 24, 2007, and $141,779 from November 25, 2007, to June 30, 2008.
