A. Out of this appropriation, $400,000 the first year and $400,000 the second year from the general fund shall be used to support two Regional Community Support Centers located at the Southwest Virginia Training Center and the Central Virginia Training Center.
B. The department shall take necessary step to develop an employee transition assistance plan for positions at Central Virginia Training Center and Southeastern Virginia Training Center reduced due to the replacement of these facilities.
C. Out of this appropriation, $400,000 from the general fund the second year shall be used to establish Regional Community Support Centers at Southside and Southeastern Virginia Training Centers.
