A. Out of this appropriation, $12,500 the first year and $12,500 the second year shall be provided from the general fund for the activities of the Sewage Appeals Review Board.
B. Effective January 1, 2008, the Director of the Department of Planning and Budget shall transfer two positions and $91,513 in general fund appropriations and associated nongeneral funds from the Virginia Department of Health to the Department of Environmental Quality to support the transfer of the biosolids program to that department pursuant to House Bill 2802, passed during the 2007 Regular Session of the General Assembly.
