A. Included in the Federal Trust appropriation are amounts estimated at $41,192 the first year and $41,192 the second year, to pay for statewide indirect cost recoveries of this agency. Actual recoveries of statewide indirect costs, up to the level of these estimates, shall be exempt from payment into the general fund, as provided in § 4-2.03 of this act. Amounts recovered in excess of these estimates shall be deposited to the general fund.
B. Out of this appropriation, $340,000 from the general fund the second year shall be used to enter into a contract with a vendor for software and other services for the development of a “No Wrong Door” system in the Commonwealth.
