This Item contains supplemental funding and an increase in scope for relocation of the Portsmouth Campus originally authorized in 2002 (Chapters 827 and 859, 2002 Acts of Assembly). Additional funds in this Item provide for the equipment portion of this project. The total cost of the project with the supplement is $39,000,000, $50,500,000 and the total scope is 183,132 square feet, an increase of 20,103 square feet.
