1. Authority is hereby granted to the Virginia War Memorial's Board of trustees to name the Education Wing as they deem most appropriate.
2. This Item contains supplemental funding for a previously funded project authorized in 2007 (Chapter 3, 2006 Acts of the Assembly, Special Session 1). The total cost of the project with this supplement is $4,000,000.
