1. George Mason University will make good faith efforts to design, construct and operate Arlington II to the greatest extent practicable that would meet the LEED certified standard.
2. This Item contains supplemental funding for construction of Academic II and parking, Arlington Campus originally authorized in 2001 (Chapters 1073, 2000 Acts of Assembly). The total cost of the project with the supplement is $48,919,000.
