This Item contains supplemental funding for the renovation and expansion of the Marshall-Wythe Law Library originally authorized in 2002 (Chapters 827 and 859, 2002 Acts of Assembly). A separate administrative action will reduce $3,800,000 in higher education operating funds. The total cost of the project will remain at $16,821,000.
