A. It is the intent of the General Assembly that balances in the Virginia Environmental Emergency Response Fund be used to meet match requirements for U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Superfund State Support Contracts.
B. The Department of Environmental Quality shall convene a panel of experts to study the impact of land application of biosolids on human health and the environment pursuant to House Joint Resolution 694 of the 2007 Session of the General Assembly.
