Authority: Discretionary Inclusion

A.  On or before June 30, 2007, the Committee on Joint Rules shall authorize the reversion of $547,000 to the Legislative Department Reversion Clearing Account, representing savings generated by legislative agencies in the first year.  On or before June 30, 2008, the Committee on Joint Rules shall authorize the reversion of $547,000 to the Legislative Department Reversion Clearing Account, representing savings generated by legislative agencies in the second year.

B. On or before June 30, 2007, the Committee on Joint Rules shall authorize the reversion to the general fund of $4,158,067, representing savings generated by legislative agencies in the first year.

C. On or before June 30, 2007, the House Committee on Rules shall authorize the reversion to the general fund of $2,000,000 from the Clerk of the House.
