The Department of Forestry is hereby authorized to acquire 4,900 acres, more or less, of the property commonly known as the “Big Woods” tract in Sussex and Southampton counties. The property shall be managed in consultation with the Departments of Game and Inland Fisheries and Conservation and Recreation.
