The Department of General Services shall conduct a study of the structural and other building systems as well as security requirements for the Supreme Court Building and report its findings and recommendations for action to the Chief Justice, the Governor and the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees by October 1, 2005.
