1. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, is authorized to establish, when federal funds become available, a capital project to construct the Southwestern Virginia Veterans' Cemetery at a cost not to exceed $6,939,000 upon completion of all reviews applicable to land acquisition as provided by law. The Department of Veterans Services is authorized to accept donated property in the Southwestern region of Virginia for the purpose of cemetery construction.
2. Included in this Item is $25,000 the first year for planning.
