The Department of Corrections is authorized to exercise its option, under its current capital lease, to purchase the Virginia Correctional Enterprises administrative headquarters/distribution center (Project No. 17258).  The director, Department of Planning and Budget, is authorized to increase the nongeneral fund appropriation for this project to defray any of the costs of this purchase.
