1. The General Assembly authorizes Old Dominion University to increase the gross square footage of the Physical Science Building from 50,000 to 57,798 provided that this cost of the project not increase beyond the amounts previously appropriated for this project.
2. Additional funds provided in this Item are for the equipment portion of a previously funded capital project and for cost overruns associated with the project.
