In the event the Woodrow Wilson Rehabilitation Center property is selected as the site for a new School for the Deaf, Blind and Multi-disabled, the public-private partnership authorized in Item 135 of this act shall include an additional amount estimated at $1,200,000 for expansion and completion of the water and sewer distribution system.
