§ 3-3.03 PAYMENT FROM IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE

All payments received by the Department of Corrections from the United States Immigration and Naturalization Service Department of Justice pursuant to the State Criminal Alien Assistance Program for housing illegal aliens and other prisoners shall be deposited directly into the general fund consistent with § 4-2.02 a 1 g 4-2.02 a 1 e) of this act. The estimated amount of the payment to be received during each year is $500,000 is $1,300,673 the first year and $1,000,000 the second year.
