The current capital lease for the Northern Virginia District Administration office expires November 2005. The Department of Transportation shall seek favorable leasing terms by exploring renewal options, as well as other potential sites for relocation/rental. A quarterly status report that notes the Department of Transportation’s progress shall be submitted to the Department of Planning and Budget and the Department of General Services, with the first report due by July 15, 2004.
