The Department of State Police is hereby authorized to accept a donation of land of approximately 1.00 acre to relocate the Department of State Police's Clifton Forge Area Office, construction of which was authorized by Item C-184.40 of Chapter 814 of the 2002 Acts of Assembly. Upon acceptance of this gift, the Department is authorized to change the scope of the Clifton Forge Area Office capital project to reflect the new construction that will be required. Any additional costs for the increase in scope of this project shall be absorbed by the Department.
