A. Out of the amounts for Energy Conservation Advisory Services shall be provided $38,362 the first year and $38,362 the second year from the general fund for dues and expenses for the Southern States Energy Board.


B. Out of the amounts for Other Services and from carry forwards of unexpended balances shall be provided up to $1,554,000 the second year from the general fund for solar photovoltaic manufacturing incentive grants in accordance with § 45.1-392, Code of Virginia. The Commonwealth shall fulfill the commitments made under the solar photovoltaic manufacturing incentive grant program as stipulated in § 45.1-392, Code of Virginia.
