The existing project for the new equipment division facility (project code 16141) shall be constructed on the Fulton site. Funding previously appropriated for design and construction on an alternate site shall be used for the design and construction on the Fulton site. This is the first phase of this project, which eventually will include the demolition of the existing Coffin Factory Building and construction of road and site improvements.
