Out of the amounts for Boating Safety and Regulation is included $20,000 the first year and $20,000 the second year from the general fund which shall be paid to Bedford County for the Smith Mountain Lake Policy Advisory Board to support maintenance of the navigational aids on Smith Mountain Lake.
