The federal trust amounts available in this Item are derived from the Violent Offender Incarceration/Truth in Sentencing program. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall withhold $1,900,000 from the general fund each year from the amounts included in this act in Items C-156 through C-178 and/or Items C-140 through C-144, and reallocate the federal funds provided in this Item to the respective projects.
The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall transfer to this Item the general fund appropriations from other capital projects as follows:
