A. The Director of the Department of Planning and Budget shall transfer $2,236,500 on July 1, 2000, from Item 454 of this act to supplement this project.
B. The appropriation for this project includes $1,100,000 in nongeneral funds for FY 2001. The source of the funds is a payment from the County of Goochland for a share of the treatment capacity of the wastewater treatment plant. If the Department of Corrections does not receive the payment until FY 2002, the Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall transfer this appropriation to FY 2002.
C. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall transfer $907,500 in general fund appropriation in FY 2002 from this item to Item 184.10 of this chapter.
D. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, shall transfer $3,336,500 in nongeneral fund appropriations from this item to project no. 799-15665.
