A. Out of the amounts included in Air Transportation Environmental and Community Affairs shall be paid to the Washington Airports Task Force from the special funds in this appropriation $375,000 the first year and $375,000 the second year. After July 1, 1997, no resources of the Washington Airports Task Force shall be used to promote, sponsor, or participate in the Western Transportation Corridor Study.
B. The Department of Aviation shall assist the Newport News Blue Ribbon Commission as it develops and carries out plans for the area's aviation needs.
