The Department of Accounts, in conjunction with the Supreme Court, the Department of the Treasury, and representatives of the clerks of the Circuit Courts, shall develop a pilot program whereby selected General District courts deposit state funds directly to a state depository account on behalf of the Clerk of the Circuit Court. This change shall not affect the commission earned by the Clerk of the Circuit Court.
