B.1. The amounts shown assume that the following new or renovated prisons will open on or before the following dates:
Fluvanna women's prison, August 1, 1997;
Sussex I prison, December 1, 1997;
Mecklenburg Correctional Center renovations, December 1, 1997;
Red Onion prison, July 1, 1998;
Sussex II prison, October 1, 1998; and,
Wallen's Ridge prison, October 1, 1998.
2. Of the amounts shown for the Fluvanna women's prison, both the dollars and position level are intended to accommodate a population of not more than 900 inmates. Staffing and funds for a population in excess of 900 inmates shall be requested by the Governor, as required, in future biennia.
