A. The amount for Aid to Families With Dependent Children shall include:


1. From the Federal Trust Fund, $103,425,995 $88,103,346 the first year and $99,802,197 $64,993,687 the second year.


2. From the general fund, $97,909,405 $84,935,269 the first year and $94,478,895 $77,413,403 the second year.


B. The amount for General Relief shall include from the general fund, $6,961,140 the first year and $6,961,140 the second year.


C. The amount for Resettlement Assistance shall include from the federal trust fund, $5,870,634 the first year and $5,870,634 the second year for refugee resettlement.


D. Those aliens who, on January 1, 1997, are otherwise eligible for benefits under the Aid to Families with Dependent Children program as modified by the federal Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act of 1996 (P.L. 104-193) shall remain eligible for such benefits through June 30, 1997. From July 1, 1997, only those aliens who are mandated by P.L. 104-193 shall be eligible for such benefits.
