A. Transfers out of this appropriation may be made to fund unanticipated costs in the budgets of legislative agencies or other such costs approved by the Joint Rules Committee.
B. Included within the amounts provided for in this item is an amount not to exceed $120,000 in the first year, subject to the approval of the Joint Committee on Rules. This amount may be used to support the activities of the Commission established pursuant to Senate Joint Resolution 61 of the 1996 Session of the General Assembly.
