Out of the amounts for Financial and Compliance Audits shall be paid the annual salary of the Auditor of Public Accounts, $108,944 from July 1, 1996, to November 30, 1996, $113,683 from December 1, 1996, to November 30, 1997, and $115,957 from December 1, 1997, to June 30, 1998.
