A. The Director of the Department of Planning and Budget is directed to transfer appropriations from this Item to agencies and institutions to achieve the purpose of this appropriation as follows:
B. The Director of the Department of Planning and Budget may provide a treasury loan to enable the advance funding during the first year of the biennium for any project for which funding is provided in the second year in this Item, the loan to be repaid from this appropriation in the second year of the biennium.
C. Included within this Item is up to $1.0 million from the general fund in the first year to supplement the repair, replacement, and hazardous material abatement project involving the General Assembly Building roof.
