Authority: Discretionary Inclusion.
1. The Compensation Board is hereby authorized to adjust appropriations for constitutional officers in Items 73, 74, 75, 76, and 77 of this act by a total of ($4,011,751) the first year and ($4,011,751) the second year, so that those appropriations more nearly reflect actual expenditures.
2. It is the intent of the General Assembly that the adjustment herein shall not impact the authority of the Compensation Board in § 14.1-51, Code of Virginia, to fix and determine what constitutes a fair and reasonable budget for any constitutional officer.
