A. From this appropriation, $1,500,000 the first year and $1,500,000 the second year is provided from federal trust funds to the Comprehensive Health Investment Project of Virginia (CHIP of Virginia) in the form of a Family Resource and Support State Grant. The purpose of the grant is to develop, expand, and operate a network of local public-private partnerships providing comprehensive care coordination, family support and preventive medical and dental services to low-income, at-risk children.
B. Out of this appropriation shall be provided $25,000 the first year and $25,000 the second year from the general fund to expand the Virginia Transplant Council's educational activities.
