A. Out of this appropriation, $1,325,000 the first year and $1,325,000 the second year is provided from the general fund to support regional AIDS resource and consultation centers and one local early intervention and treatment center.
B. Out of this appropriation, $150,000 the first year and $150,000 the second year is provided from the general fund to support the Arthur Ashe Health Center in Richmond.
C. Appropriations from this item included for sexual assault centers may be used for adult and children's services provided by the centers.
D. Contingent upon the passage of legislation, the Department of Motor Vehicles shall transfer revenues estimated at $180,000 per year from the Child Restraint Device Special Fund to the Department of Health. The department shall also seek federal grant funding through the Department of Motor Vehicles to supplement this program.
