Authority: Discretionary Inclusion.
A. This appropriation represents the Commonwealth of Virginia's contribution to the Southeastern Universities Research Association, Inc., for the support of the Continuous Electron Beam Accelerator Facility (CEBAF) located at Newport News, Virginia. Nine faculty positions to be provided by the association are included within this contribution, to be assigned by the Association to further the objectives of CEBAF.
B. This nonstate agency is exempt from the match requirement of § 2.1-394.1, Code of Virginia.
C. Funds appropriated are operating funds pursuant to provisions of § 4-5.07d of this act.
D. This appropriation shall be disbursed in twelve equal monthly installments each fiscal year.
