Explanation

(This amendment provides $50,000 from the general fund 2023 for the Secretary of Agriculture and Forestry to convene a workgroup to assess policy concerns related to the implementation of small-scale solar operations designed to meet the onsite energy needs of agricultural operations, pursuant to House Bill 724. This amendment is a placeholder until a fiscal impact statement for the bill is produced.)
