"B. Out of this appropriation, $2,100,000 in the first year and $2,100,000 in the second year from the general fund is provided for the enhancement and maintenance of the Workforce Data Trust. The Chief Data Officer shall coordinate all aspects of this project the Secretary of Labor."

Explanation

(This amendment provides $2.1 million in each fiscal year from the general fund for the Workforce Data Trust. The funding provided in this amendment will enable the integration of new systems, partners, and functionality into the Workforce Data Trust consistent with § 2.2-435.8, Code of Virginia.)
