(This amendment provides from the general fund additional resources for the Secretary of Administration pursuant to House Bill 1020, which directs the Secretary to convene a workgroup to enable persons with disabilities to participate in the Commonwealth's workforce through telecommuting and alternative work schedules. The bill also provides direction regarding state agency reporting and tracking of telework opportunities with regard to the need to provide reasonable accommodations. This is a placeholder amendment until a final fiscal impact statement is produced.)
