Explanation

(This amendment provides $150,000 in ARPA funds each year of the biennium pursuant to the passage of House Bill 567 which expands eligibility for the Toll Relief Program for the tolls on the Downtown and Midtown Tunnels to residents of the Cities of Portsmouth and Norfolk with an income of $45,000 or less per year. The funding included in this amendment is a placeholder until a detail fiscal impact analysis of House Bill 567 is completed.)
