(This amendment provides $50,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2023 to the Corrects Special Reserve Fund to reflect the indeterminate prison bedspace impact of enacting legislation to be considered during the 2022 Session of the General Assembly which would prohibit charging victims of sex trafficking with other offenses. This amendment is a placeholder until the bill text and a fiscal impact statement are provided.)
