Pursuant to § 10.1-2211.2, Code of Virginia, $1,500 the first year and $1,500 the second year from the general fund is provided to support the Emmanuel Baptist Church Cemetery, First Gravel Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Mount Sinai Baptist Church Cemetery, and Tynes Family Cemetery in Isle of Wight County, Virginia.

18. Pursuant to § 10.1-2211.2, Code of Virginia, $2,125 the first year and $2,125 the second year from the general fund is provided to support the Abundant Life Outreach Center Cemetery, Claremont Cemetery, Hickory Grove Memorial Cemetery, Johnson Family Cemetery, Mount Ray Cemetery, Old Brick Church Cemetery, Swann's Point Baptist Church Cemetery, and Union Baptist Church Spring Grove Cemetery in Surry County, Virginia."

(This amendment provides $3,625 from the general fund each year for the support of African American cemeteries and graves consistent with the provisions of House Bill 809.)
