Explanation

(This amendment provides $250,000 from the general fund each year to offset lost revenue pursuant to House Bill 666, which would establish as policy that active veteran or person on active duty military services pay no fee for access, entry, or parking at a state park, and to receive a 50 percent discount for various park services and amenities. This amendment is a placeholder until a fiscal impact statement for the bill can be produced.)
